+What if I have to miss a coaching call?
If you’re in one-on-one coaching, then I do not offer refunds on coaching services. First we establish our rapport with the 15 min discovery call to get to know one another, and as well, I offer many complimentary services through my website where you can understand me better, who I am and what services I offer. I am devoted to coaching you to your highest potential of success; however, I do require you’re fully committed to investing in yourself 100% as I will be to you as I lead you through a positive, rewarding coaching process so you achieve your goals! Please make sure you know I am the right coach for you before you decide to purchase your package!
+What is your refund policy?
It is important that you realize I am fully committed to developing the most thorough courses and coaching services for you.
If you’ve decided to work with me and in order to see lasting results, I require you to be 100% committed to work with me.
The 6-week coaching packages, once purchased, must be used within 3 months of purchase. I do not issue refunds for group coaching or cancellations. My guarantee is that you will see results if you show up to every call and apply the teachings. But, you need to go into it with your full commitment, and carve out the time in your schedule for the weekly coaching calls.
+ What is your cancellation policy?
A minimum of 24 hours notice is required for coaching call schedule changes. Missed appointments or sessions cancelled less than 24 hours in advance will be considered complete and no refund or re-scheduling option will be offered. It's important that we value each other's time, and as such, schedule changes and cancellations should be kept to a minimum i.e. emergency only.
